The 77php Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 77php does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If 77php becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a person under 21 years of age, it will immediately take steps to delete that data and close the associated account. The 77php Platform primarily stores and processes player data within infrastructure serving the Philippine market. Where 77php engages service providers or game studios based outside the Philippines, personal data may be transferred to servers in other countries as part of service delivery.

The effective date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the most recent revision.
