77php Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 77php ("77php," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 77php.club and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any gaming activity offered by 77php, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. 77php reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.

To open and maintain an account with 77php, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 77php is not available to persons under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 77php or any PAGCOR-recognised self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77php or any of its licensed game providers.
• You have not previously had a 77php account terminated for cause.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77php is required to verify your identity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, voter's ID, SSS/GSIS card, and postal ID. 77php reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.

Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 77php account at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 77php employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77php reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your 77php account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 77php will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77php support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77php shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77php reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Currency: All financial transactions on the 77php Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77php does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, subject to applicable payment method limits set by the relevant e-wallet or banking provider.

Accepted Payment Methods: 77php accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and debit/credit card. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Withdrawal Requirements: Prior to processing a withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 77php processes same-day withdrawals via GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts under standard conditions. Processing times may vary based on your VIP tier and the payment method selected.

Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible and required by anti-money laundering regulations. 77php reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

Fees: 77php does not charge fees on GCash or Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to nominal fees charged by the receiving financial institution; these fees are not imposed by 77php.

77php offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are disclosed in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
• 77php reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are offered for entertainment purposes and are strictly subject to one claim per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 77php reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information during registration.

Players participating in the 77php VIP Program are subject to the VIP Program Terms, which form part of this Agreement and may be updated from time to time. VIP tier calculations, cashback rates, and benefit entitlements are reviewed monthly.

All games offered on the 77php Platform are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules and accept the outcomes of all games as final.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on the 77php Platform — including slot games, bingo, and virtual sports — utilise independently certified random number generation systems. The RNG systems are audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical mechanics (real cards, dice, or wheels) conducted under multi-camera professional studio conditions.

Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant game or market at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game, 77php reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player. Bets that have been fully and correctly settled will not be reversed.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and applicable odds. 77php reserves the right to suspend, void, or refuse any sports bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, inside information, or other integrity concerns. 77php applies official result sources for the settlement of all sports markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77php Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to participate in games or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play in multiplayer games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse a deposit or initiate a chargeback after wagering the deposited funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 77php staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

77php reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section. Where a violation is confirmed, 77php may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension, termination of the account, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate.

77php is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. 77php recognises that for some individuals, gambling may become harmful, and has implemented the following tools and policies accordingly.

Responsible Gaming Tools: All 77php account holders have access to the following tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that restrict the amount you can deposit within a given period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications that remind you of how long you have been playing and prompt periodic breaks.
• Reality Check Notifications: Regular on-screen reminders of net gaming activity during a session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from Platform content.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of 77php or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of any 77php intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77php, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

77php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 77php has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 77php's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 77php account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your privacy is important to 77php. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by the 77php Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms a part thereof. By registering an account with 77php, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

77php collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data is used for account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services.

77php employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Termination by Player: You may close your 77php account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding violations are pending investigation.

Termination or Suspension by 77php: 77php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspicion or confirmation of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Age verification failure or confirmed underage access.
• Compliance with a legal requirement, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Activation of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction.

Where an account is terminated for cause, 77php reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77php, you agree to first contact our customer support team and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Our support team aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution procedures required under PAGCOR-regulated standards or applicable Philippine law.

77php reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 77php will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice upon their next login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

The date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. 77php recommends that all players review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
